As an authorized IRS e-file provider, I completed an intensive application process that included fingerprinting and verification of professional credentials, an investigation into my creditworthiness, tax compliance and a criminal background check. I was then approved as an Electronic Return Originator (ERO).

In 2005, I left my job as an arbitrage trader and retired to the Charlotte, NC area. A few years later, I began preparing individual and business taxes for a local firm. With the onset of the COVID pandemic, I saw the need for a service to help clients safely file their tax returns without the need for face-to-face contact; a need that was not able to be met at my firm.
I have thus developed the capability to provide this service, using industry standard tax preparation and secure communication software.

My goal is to provide a platform where people can have their tax returns prepared remotely in a safe and secure manner. Clients can create a secure account on the portal that allows for the secure exchange of documents. This eliminates the need to transmit sensitive documents openly by fax or email. The mobile friendly interface allows clients to take photos of tax documents with their phones and upload them directly to the port al. These documents will be encrypted at rest on the server. This account will allow the client to view all the documents maintained.
